How do I lose a stone in two weeks....

Maybe not a stone, but i'd say I could 100% lose 10lb in two weeks. If you go running 6 / 7 days, say 5km each time, cut out beer (feel free to have vodka and diet pop / wine / low calorie booze) and have one main meal per day with a little pasta a few hours before running.

That'd do for me and I'm quite slim - a fat bastard doing ^ would easy lose a stone
