I actually thought Benjamin button was a difficult watchAnything where people are deteriorating with dementia. The 1999 TV film Lost For Words springs to mind. So bloody sad.
Bridges is one of my favourite films and agree that scene is utterly heartbreakingTwo just off the top of my head.
Mr Hollands Opus - When Mr Holland sings Beautiful Boy to his deaf son.
The Bridges of Madison County - When Clint is standing in the rain looking on as Streep drives away with her husband.
Most recently the ending of Wonka when he sings pure imagination nearly got me.
Bought that on bluray. Completely forgot about it,deffo bubbler !I actually thought Benjamin button was a difficult watch
It's a great film with brilliant acting from Streep and Eastwood. There is no film that impacts me like The Bridges of Madison County; it turns me into a quivering, blubbering blob. Not a single scene - the whole damned film.
Never seen Mr Holland's Opus. I'll seek it out if I feel the need to release any excessive salty water.
Absolutely. I'm soft as shite and all of these would have me in therapy.I'm going to use this as a list of movies to avoid,
I only like movies with a happy ending.
Not seen it, mateI actually thought Benjamin button was a difficult watch
