they do, but as the RAF have'nt used Hunters for nigh on 30 years you might have cause to think they might not be missiles in reality

There’s a couple of jets flying out of Tees Valley airport today who have gone up to Aberdeen, circled and came back. I heard another jet which doesn’t appear on Flight Radar so assumed it to be military.

It is. Dassalt Falcon 20 according to Flight Radar. Two of them took off in quick succession, one returned and I didn’t track the other.

That would make sense. When I looked on flight radar it looked like an awful lot of RAF and USAF planes up in the air.

Me too. I've seen Vulcans, Concorde and various other fast bastards but never a Lightning. Or a Mosquito, that's another one I'd love to see one day.

One went over earlier about 2.50pm. First time ive heard a jet going over in years. Used to always have tornados going over as a kid. Nothing now
