I'd be tempted to email the club to see if you can get proper pdfs resent. It sounds like they are responding to emails.

They come as seperate pdf’s on a laptop.

Where can I check my account information i.e. email address? I can see the purchase history but haven't had confirmation or tickets.

Log into the eticketing site. Click the little man top right corner. View account menu and then update account details.

I manage 6 accounts (me dad and brother are useless on the computer) and have 2 lots of tickets. I have received one batch of tickets (2 tickets) and still waiting on 2 others.

Printing them off was a pain, it took me 3 attempts. Had to set it as a picture in the advanced option or it was just printing a section of the ticket.

Was ok for me but the work formatting is decent.
