I thought he meant one of the "bomb" type haggis, rather than the stick type. The bomb ones still slice, but they would be big slices, so I cut them in half again to get semi-circles.

Our local Indian restaurant does haggis pakora. Lovely bit of fusion food. He uses a gram flour batter and shredded veg mixed with the haggis.

Nope. Young and tender. I have a mate a who goes over to Lewis on the western isles to trap them every year. It's all about who you know.
