I'd be very surprised if that single recording is the only abuse that lass had received yet people on here are still coming out with crap even though that single recording is bad enough as he's certainly not pissed up to not know what he's doing. There would be a reason why she decided to record it as it probably wasn't the first time it happened, possibly enough times for her to decide to record it.

Didn't she also hoy up images of other times he's hit her?

If that was my sister, daughter or even friend I’d struggle to not seek retribution. The club have female fans, a woman’s team. Hell the players in the United team should say I’m not sharing a locker room with that scumbag.

Shocking that they’ve put it out there that they are waiting to speak to the England players when they get back. As if they should need to do that. They’ve become a shambles of a club. This should have been a very easy and quick decision back in February.

I might face a ban here but he 100% raped that poor lass. Just because the statement got pulled and now there isn’t enough evidence, it doesn’t change that fact.

I mean we made an absolute mess of the Adam Johnson situation too. At least Greenwood was immediately suspended. I’d be surprised by any other outcome than they send him out on loan for the season to kick making a decision further down the road. I’d like to think they are above it but either of the old firm could be tempted to give their champions league hopes a boost. Hopefully not.

Nothing to be found guilty of if charges have been dropped.
Something tells me the defendant has been paid a bit of hush money and made to sign an NDA.
Defendant will return when the money runs out.
As a club I’d like to think SAFC would allow time for a fair trial and then send him packing regardless of verdict.

The defendant is Greenwood surely? The lass in the audio and who posted images showing the marks/bruises of what he did to her online (not just at the time of the audio) now has a bairn with him and playing happy families.

It happens a lot more than people realize. The abused blame themselves, they think if they don’t speak out of line then they will be ok.
A good friend of mine worked with domestic abuse daily and it’s messing him up mentally. He kept going to the same houses and seeing the same women battered, then a few days later, the statement was pulled.
The law changed to stop that happening but they always go back to the person. If anything it’s made the abused think twice before reporting it
