There’s a bit of a difference between ironing underwear and being a company with a legal duty to follow guidance.

If you have to have a sign telling you not to lean out of a window when a train is doing 60 mph then frankly you shouldn’t be allowed outside alone.

I’m not saying he isn’t an idiot.

Nor am I saying the rules are necessary.

I’m saying the train company didn’t follow the rules and that is their own fault.
