No doubt it is all smoke and mirrors, the 2 million quid will be coming from somewhere else. So the tories close a citizens advice office, drug rehabilitation unit etc and few years later give it back as 2 million quid of new money. The police they cut and cut and then they announce all these new officers to take them back to less than the original number but we are all have to be grateful. Meanwhile, hundreds of millions on hs2 to save 20 mins to get to London but we can't get a decent express bus service to Durham. We once were able to send kids to university without straddling with a lifetime of debt but those days are gone, where has all that money gone? Nick Clegg said he would get rid of it, lying bastard.
