The owners had two other pubs, The Demi was one of them.

Been shut since Oct/Nov 2017, went up for sale originally at 250K but recently reduced to offers over 160K. No further comment here.

Shame, drank there for years and maybe 4/5 sets of owners, its had some mad ups and downs, from literally 100's there on some weekends to them shutting early on Friday nights as it was only the barmaid and 4 punters.

Probably due to it not being close to a main carriageway, I've never been in it and only ventured down that way since a mate moved not too far away a few years ago.

yeah ....the shipwrights..also has accommodation iirc which always helps
