Imagine its a marketing rehash like fat mike did with Lonsdale etc...available to chubby dads with fishtail parkas and maroon polo shirts

Diadora Borg Elite have always been a fantastic looking trainer. Some of the heritage range is sound too.
there you go. Over in Washy we had Sambas late 70s although my footy boots were Winfield (bought from Woolco)Dunlop green flash were cool as fuck late 70's..everyone had them..well at Red House Comp they did.
All you need to go with these is a pair of black Lonsdale trackie bottoms tucked into white socks a loud ill fitting shell suit top and a baseball cap..develop acne and you stand outside the Tram Car Inn hunched over smoking rollies all day.
Dunlop green flash.
All you need.... Then basically say a full outfit and a skin condition, and thus failing at the point you were attempting to make.
No..you'd fit right in.
This thread is crying out for @mini-x2 , although I already know what his definitive prognosis will be
Anyone could fit in anywhere if they went and bought an entire outfit to match a scene mate.
Haway think before you type cos you're looking a bit silly here.
OK boss.
In: Gola.
Correct mate - me and @Sneech took some stick for them
First thing I thought about when I saw this thread title
As if some of the spangles on here would know The Borg Elite is timeless, cracking looking and still desirable - as, unlike the rest of the Diadora range which has become another Ashley rape victim - the price of these beauties still shows. None of this faux cool, like some of the absolute trotter shit cakes of yesteryear, reinvented and history rewritten, but tellingly cheaper than actual decent trainers, Borg Elite were the real deal.
Cool or shite?
Once upon a time it was cool, then deemed shite, then iirc it made a comeback and was deemed cool again. That was a good few years ago so presume it is now back to being shite?
Men aren’t that bothered to be fair.
Aye - Rick Buckler is wearing a pair on the cover of ‘All Mod Cons’.Anyone remember 99's? Baseball boots from Timpsons about 1980.
Evidence suggests you're wrong. No harm done though.
