Did a few things there back in the late 90s, lots of fun, some really good people. Sang Heartbreak Hotel dressed in a vulture costume night after night for the panto one year.

Yes. Really enjoy it.
I'm 2 hours from london on the train, so me and missus (no) often have a day out there, 7am train, get there for 9, a big breakfast to set us up for the day, an exhibition in the morning, couple of drinks, matinee, couple of drinks and 7.30pm train home.
Saw The Birthday Party a couple of weeks ago. Didn't have a clue what was going on in the 2nd act but still enjoyed it.
Paid £34 for 2 gin and tonics before the show and another 2 in the interval

No to musicals. Definitely contemporary ones. But I do like going to see plays. David Tennant last year in Don Juan in Soho was tremendous. And I saw a live screening of Macbeth with Christopher Eccleston last week. He was a bit one note for me. Must try harder, Chris.
Agreed, every production has impressive results from what I’ve seen.aye its a great community. a lot of people put a lot of time and effort into the productions, just for the love of it
