Glasner

His pay off will only be the few months left on his contract. Still worth having I guess, but it's not like being paid off with years left.

You'd think for the sake of a few months he'd just resign, rather than having the negative publicity of calling out his employers and being sacked.

More classy behavior might be important to future employers or the type of club he aspires to manage ?

I don't think there will be a rush to sign this bloke up, he's been horrifically unprofessional. Talk of Spurs going anywhere near him is laughable now
Glasner, Maresca, Amorim and Iraola have basically talked themselves out of a big club move. I’d be shocked to see anyone in the big 6 or a top European team sign any of these frauds

Can we please go back to a time where managers weren’t serial complainers

..he said he wasn't satsying in October...who is he to tell the owner when or if to sell any player when he isn't commited?
Had he not have cried about it in the summer palace would have pocketed an extra £15 million towards PSR.

The second he tells them he’s leaving he loses all say in long term decisions of the club

Thats the difference i suppose. The Brighton way. Sell big buy small. Rinse and repeat. For the first time I trust that we have thar
The Brighton way is still mental, they are £400m in debt (yes to Bloom who has said he’d never ask for it back, but it’s still debt) and are 1 bad managerial appointment from a scare.

He's won their first ever trophy and is not being backed to take them any further - so he's done all he can do there.

If we were to sell Xhaka next Friday would you not be pissed off? How do you reckon Le Bris would feel?

Playing in Europe destroys seasons if you are not properly prepared for it.

Theyve played 35 games already and looked cooked.

If they werent in Europe and sitting 7th without the only won one in ten I doubt there'd be the same tension.

If he wasn’t being backed to the extent he wanted why didn’t he walk in the summer? How much did he want and what does he realistically think he could do with Palace?

No way was he not told Palace are a selling club when he joined, that’s not a dig at Palace but 14 clubs in the league are selling clubs and then 5 others are basically selling clubs to the big European clubs. There’s only Man City who id not say are a selling club but they still make tens of millions selling youth players they’d probably rather keep.

Glasner has seen an excuse and took it, not making a single sub yesterday was a joke, if i were a palace fan who worked all week then got a 6am train up yesterday I’d be fuming with him.

Its a sad situation not only for Palace but for clubs like us. We all want a season like Palace had last year but they seem to have imploded as a result. Victim of their success, they won the cup but within a year the captain, the goalscorer and manager of the cup winning team will have left
Bit like what happened to us after the Cup win Tuart couldn't edit to move on.

6 of the players on their bench started last week against Macclesfield - hardly surprising that he was reluctant to bring them on.

They didn't play too bad either yesterday - had some good chances. The game could have gone either way.

Le Bris hasn't said he's leaving then trying to tell the club what to do about selling players and when.

If he knew he wasn’t going to put them on when they needed to, they finished with 5 or 6 defenders on the pitch when a goal down then he should have just put nobody on the bench or a bunch of 15 year olds who didn’t play against Macclesfield.

Also if they were so bad he refused to put them on then I’m sure Guehi played against Macclesfield but now he’s crying that they’ve sold him. So either they weren’t good enough to go in due to the game last week or they are so good he’s willing to throw those above him under the bus for selling them.

Bloke loves a complain after he’s said he’s going, he has absolutely no right to complain once he refused to sign a new contract.

I don't blame him for being pissed off. Surely Palace could have said to Man city, yeah your bid is accepted but he will be available for talks on Monday....shouldn't have accepted the bid and allowed talks on a Friday afternoon when they had spent all week working on tactics for the Sunderland match.

Doesn't want to be there. Decided ages ago to leave while his stock was high and is panicking about his reputation now they can't win a game.

Manager in self preservation mode is horrendous for the club

Yep, he is hoping to get sacked. Also, he is a prat. The club could have sold Guehi a year ago for 60 mil, kept him, which helped their league position and win the cup, knowing that would mean his value would drop to 20 mil or even a free. If they hadnt sold him now it would have been a free in the summer. Also, if he was so concerned about the effects on the team by this, why did he announce pre game he was off in the summer? Hypocrite.

We are the 5th best home team in the league. Roefs made a great safe early doors to stop Mateta and Mitchell should have scored the header.

I just wouldn't be too angry as a Sunderland fan if we were in their position yesterday.

They quite easily could have nicked a point.
Most on twitter want Glasner peddled

His position is untenable now to be fair.

Disagree. Think he decided to leave because the club didn't share his ambitions.

They wont sack him or they will have to pay his compo

He will go of his own accord in the Summer and would of thought Palace will have someone lined up to replace him

Unless Palace spend in January then might persuade him to stay

I mean Will Hughes should be nowhere near any premier league club so suppose that says a lot
