Glasner

Glasner is a bit too sensitive for a Premier manager and has done himself no favours by speaking out. It's a very ruthless business, players do get sold from underneath you and the timing isn't always ideal. To survive in a top job you really have to roll with the punches and make the best of what you've got - Keith Andrews at Brentford for example, or gorgeous Rob at Wolves. Adapting and overcoming, something Glasner hasn't done.

They are not a club like us!
I know. They've won a trophy in the last 50 years and haven't spent 4 seasons in League One in the last decade. We're a bigger club in history but if Iaak can leave the Mags and Gueli, Eze and Glasner can leave Palace they its possible that similar could happen to us in the same situation

Palace considering sacking him according to SSN. It was a pretty explosive interview post match, doesn't seem a happy camp at all. Quite mad how quickly it has changed from the FA Cup win.
Of course they are. And it’s what he wants. He said what he said because he wants to be sacked rather than walk.

I reckon he fancies the Spurs job.

I don’t think it’s the pay off, the fact they’re selling his best players, he clearly hasn’t got any fight left in him, despite being in Europe, which I think they’ve got a great chance of winning.
I disagree mate, easy excuse about Guehi. They knew he was going in January for ages. Glasner said he told Parish in October he wasn't signing a new contract don't forget.
Been after his payoff all season.
100% mate.

His contract ends in June, so hardly a mega pay off.

Possibly got his next move lined up and wants out early to secure it.
...still better than nothing...he said he was leaving in October..all this about selling Guehi a day before a game, just a 'get out' card with the fans. Palace fans aren't stupid, they were giving him the fingers apparently after the game, he had to be told to go back on the pitch and appalud the fans...says it all about him imo.
Was clear as day. Seen it work for Amorim, rubbed his hands together and thought "aye, I'll have a bit of that"
Agree mate. Amazing some can't see this.

Doesn't want to be there. Decided ages ago to leave while his stock was high and is panicking about his reputation now they can't win a game.

Manager in self preservation mode is horrendous for the club

The hypocrisy from his is stinking “we’ve been abandoned” says the man who is abandoning ship

Had talkshite on on the way home and palace fan morning about no one being signed, why would you agree to play for a club where the manager is 100% gonna be different next year, affords no certainty, no plan

Its a sad situation not only for Palace but for clubs like us. We all want a season like Palace had last year but they seem to have imploded as a result. Victim of their success, they won the cup but within a year the captain, the goalscorer and manager of the cup winning team will have left
Yep shows how quickly it can turn and winning a trophy doesn't make players stay,in fact the opposite

Hierarchy don't like the truth or their credibility brought into question. If they sack him they will be left with even more egg on their faces.
