Gateshead

95% of Gateshead fans still live at home with there parents. They eat kebabs after every home game . Then go home to there bedroom watch porn on there phones 📱. While wearing there Gatesheed top on chanting Heed Heed Heed while getting off on porn . Also 97 % of Gateshead fans have itchy arses during home games not as they're feeling lucky but probably skids !! ..

You sound a bit prudish like

Been to a few games, and seen them at Wembley twice, ( with tynevalleyblackcat). Seen a few lads a know are sunderland who are in normal everyday cloths and never seen anyone in a sunderland top... but seen plenty wearing barcode gear.. its cringworthy.
I will be at Wembley a third time to watch them.
Might just wear something red and white ... just for the hell of it.

Mags love hijacking their trips to Wembley and pretending to be life long fans, fuck them, hope South Shields takes their spot or overtake them in a few years.

I’ve never really been tempted or wanted to attend a Gateshead match. I find calling themselves the “heed” is as cringey as mags calling themselves “toon” and always associated them more with Newcastle.

Weird that mags would go and watch them in Newcastle colours like, although they’ve been spotted at plenty of our games doing the same!

At least "Heed" makes sort of sense...a play on the name. "Toon" is just a joke and makes no sense

In the home leg of the play-off tie with Grimsby in 2014(?) a good few hundred Heed fans ran on the pitch to celebrate reaching Wembley. Amongst those who ran towards the Grimsby fans were two who stood out, one wearing a Sunderland top and one wearing a Newcastle top. You wouldn't see that anywhere else.

Still lots going heworth lots on metros to sland . MIni bus from swalwell . Blaydon .to howard every home game . Felling wardley leam lane lads on metro i know most of them .bri from bensham ect so still here .
Heworth is one of the main pick-up points on one of the Shields buses I use for away matches if I get the bus instead of train, and there’s always a canny few get on (at Heworth).

I will be there as well. If I go in colours they will be claret and blue.

6th game in 11 days tonight, 8 changes from the win over Chesterfield on Monday and no keeper on the bench which killed the game when the keeper got sent off at the start of the second half. After that a 1-0 defeat is not too bad.

Where in the plays off anyway before tonight and now looking at an away game rather than a home one but that's not for definate yet so not that much lost. I suspect Elliott won't be too bothered and its more about getting players fit and rested for the quarter next midweek wherever the hell it is played.

I went to the match for years from there back in the day and used the Heworth bus for away games through the supporters association with Billy Symonds back in the 80's.

Not lived there since I got married in 1990 but its still my neck of the woods and still know some proper Sunderland fans from round there.

Was a great day that. I was there. I wan't wearing a Sunderland top and I didn't run toawards the Grimsby fans. ;)

The Grimsby fans had invaded the pitch first and it was a techy atmosphere to say the least.

Interesting debate and understandable that Gateshead, near the stinking overcrowded Unethical Metropolis of the Toon, may attract slightly more Scum Supporters than Sunderland, probably even more so when the Heed are doing well, we all know that most Mags are merely Glory Hunters desperate for any kind of Trophy!!!

Similarly, South Shields which is nearer to Sunderland attracts more Sunderland Supporters than Bar Codes as Occasional Supporters. I am hoping the Mariners make the play offs and will be following them more so than the Gatesheed Baldies.

As a Complete aside, I remember the trains from Sunderland to the Land of Darkness being packed with our magnificent Red and White Brethren when Blyth Spartans played Wrexham in the F.A.Cup, February 27, 1978.....It seemed all the North East were supporting Blyth that Evening.....Oh Yes and they got beat Too....It's the North East way!!!!!

Ha'way the Lads....Up The Pools.... and for me, occasionally... Ha'way the Mariners!!!

Was at the game with my boy who was only about 10 at the time and he asked me why all the fans had congregated at the front of the stand. I told him it was cos they were going to run on the pitch at the final whistle but they got another goal before that and all went then instead. Was the first time he’d witnessed it at a game.
