Frank Lampard - manager rumours

Absolutely not, done terrible so far in management only getting chances because of his playing days much like Rooney.

I’d have him.

He was excellent at Chelsea in his first spell and got the best out of some of their young players in Abraham, Mount and James.

If we’re looking at unemployed managers and he fancied it then I’d roll the dice.

I doubt he’d move this far north tbh.
this. Fact.

not this. Bullshit

If the club want to redeem themselves after the fiasco of last season and make a statement of intent then we should be talking to him.
Done ok everywhere he’s been in his short managerial career.
I’d take him tomorrow over the dross that’s getting mentioned.
Can't wait for a "done ok" headline appointment...I will probably need to ignore the facts analysis obviously.

"Ooh, I've heard of him" doesn't equate with "good".

p.s. Might be worth appointing just for his demise headlines "Lamps go out at the Stadium of Light".

Again like the Robbie Keane rumour where the possibility of Frank Lampard coming to us of all clubs is that he is very high profile. He will surely help to put younger bums on seats. Which kid wouldn’t want to see Frank Lampard in the flesh? I mean this guy, like Robbie Keane, would have spent many games against us trying to make sure we didn’t win and yet here he is trying to get us winning. Poetic justice or what? Certainly very ironic that the very person that when he was a player would have been tying his utmost to make sure we didn’t win is now responsible for making sure we do win.

But again his lack of experience in the dugout and his lack of success in the dugout is what holds me back from wanting him to come.

Utter gibberish! The mind of a two year old's logic!

I'd be happy with him tbh. Did great at Chelsea when they were under transfer embargo, kept everton up. Think he could do well here, definitely not as tragic as people make out to be, the memes don't help his case and are pretty funny though
He can't organise defences. We already can't defend crosses with him in charge we couldn't defend (add analogy)

Spotted with Speakman at Romano's according to Cam who has seen a post on twitter
Scary people will believe this 😂😂
Absolute zero chance he comes here
No coincidence he’s in frame and interested in Burnley they’ll have parachute payment budget with good chance of going up
We’ll not give him salary or budget he’d want for a start

Can’t be arsed to trawl 5 pages of replies to see if anyone has shouted “Mag” yet so…
