Forthcoming gigs.

Quality the last dinner party. Great stage presence and abigails vocals are recording quality live.

Seen a lot of posh kids, feminists and a near fight between a posh kid telling 2 geordie lasses to stop talking as was spoiling her experience 🍿
Good for them it's getting worse (talking at gigs)
Shut up or f off ,nearly lost it with the idiot who supported the smyths at firestation during the smyths gig , they eventually went

was going to be seeing new model army a couple of times next month but they've postponed them due to a medical issue with one of them.
i've never know them to cancel anything bar when covid kicked off and places were shut down so it must be canny serious. they're a band that usually keep things quite close to their chests and whilst i'm a bit disappointed i hope whichever one of them is out of fettle gets better soon.

Just booked the Lottery Winners series of gigs after Christmas and The Script at the Piece Hall in July. Lottery Winners have some great support acts lined up for these as well.
Getting more expensive now the kids want to come to everything though

I’ve just gone for the Friday night for Lottery Winners with Tom A Smith as one of the supports.

Saw shed seven at Wax and Beans in Bury tonight for an in store/signing. Really nice lads and absolutely spot on live - even doing a song on the spot for a 10 year old who was a proper big fan.

Back at it again, with Cherym (supporting Slotface). Derry-based bratty punk. A good noise, and so Irish that they couldn't understand each other talking! New EP is canny.

🇳🇴 Sløtface cap-off a canny little gig, on the release day of their new album, Film Buff. They're in the punkier side of Pop-punk-rock.

Haley did her best to get the crowd going, but they were as flat as a fart, but the band did their best to keep things afloat with a mini-moshi at the end.

Blue Oyster Cult`s original drummer/vocalist, Albert Bouchard, doing a songs and stories one man acoustic show on Sunday. Should be plenty of rarely played songs.

Cat Ryan (for the sixth time!) @ the Cluny 2.

I really, really dig CR's jingly-jangly guitars, complemented by Mary Anne's quiet, quite monotonal voice. People have described it as Art Rock (which is a bit wanky)

Definitely one of the North East's hidden gems, with a second EP coming soon! They also did a cover of the Countdown theme too!

Stockton Gathering Sounds yesterday, superb as always, unbelievable value, less than £30 for day ticket, great venues.
Me and daughters faves;
Spangled, Stanleys (been big fan of these for a few years now!), Pave (lead singer was particularly good on the eye....), Cruz, The Sheratons (next big breakthrough band?), The Royston Club (first time id seen them, was very impressed!)

This following on from Terrovision on Friday night - they were briliant, no more words needed, just class (altho they didnt sing Tequilla?)

Legs are killing now, been a very lazy day today
