Read something similar about New Order tickets this weekend from the same company and the solution seemed to be getting the tickets through their app

Wonder if they still charge you a postal charge on the in-app tickets? Ticketmaster charged me to print at home my own tickets, twats…

Was supposed to be seeing New Order on sat but not been well lately so decided not to go. Luckily there was option to get a refund as the date had been moved so even though I’d bought the tickets after the dates had moved I still got my money back.
They’re live streaming it but it’s 16.50 which is a bit extreme.

I nearly bought the stream but just stick the last dvd on, it will be exactly the same

Saw omd last night. Loved the old darker stuff. Was sat behind the bloke working the video wall, fascinating to watch, he worked very hard

Then in January and February got Rumjacks (twice) and The Stranglers, Buzzcocks in March and From The Jam & The Selecter in April. Also tickets for Dropkick Murphys but the twats have cancelled.

A mate has got me a ticket to Shame end of November.
Axel Boman in December (more a club night than a gig to be fair).

If it comes tomorrow it will be too late, I'm leaving for Glasgow at 9.30 in the morning.

You have to contact them on [email protected] and they cancel the tickets that have been sent out and replace them with tickets to collect from the venue box office.

It's piss poor to be sending tickets out so close to the event.

thinking on, it was a fuck on getting them as they didn’t come at first.
I bought mine through their band camp page which is operated by music glue.
Sure I had to log in to that to retrieve them so give that a go

dunno mate but the complaint was identical, No tickets no means of communicating with them so someone suggested trying the app and the tickets were on there

I do miss the days of a cheque and a SAE to the venue... technology has made things worse and far more expensive
