dunno mate but the complaint was identical, No tickets no means of communicating with them so someone suggested trying the app and the tickets were on there

I do miss the days of a cheque and a SAE to the venue... technology has made things worse and far more expensive

And if you do get an actual ticket they’re really boring and look shit in my collection tin.
