Going to see BOB at the 100 Club in London a few weeks. Just got tickets at the weekend. Support by The Popinjays. BOB's last ever UK gig, so I'm coming back from the US for it.

Small venues down here give them out for free.Surprised by the low turn out for the Pumarosa gig tonight, just from this thread alone thought half the north east were turning out for it. Don't think they'll look back on it as one of their greatest triumphs.
And odd how may people you see with ear plugs in when you look for them as well.
A couple of years ago I saw 3 bands in a week at the Cluny - the Orwells (oh dear), the Districts and Lee Bains III - all were brilliant and well reviewed and the turn out was pretty poor.
