Cant stop playing, tho it does my head in!

Promoted 3rd season (i think) but then came straight back down and now can't get out of the bottom league even tho my squad are all in the 40's now (they were 20-30 before) and with a good manager.

Sacked the manager that didn't get me straight back up and the new manager couldn't either. Currently in his next season (I was lenient not sacking him) and he is top 3 I think but is still not doing brilliant.

Is it this random all the way through to keep you playing longer? Or do the other teams level up as you do?

Too easy, full squad of 99, stadium, training facilities are fully built. Winning the league every season I play.

Took a fairly laid back approach - just been promoted from the Champ (assume I'm not in The Prem?)

So getting close to "completing" this - as Kebabs' says above, once you get to a certain point, there's no point in playing.
