John O'Hare and Harry Hood didn't join Sunderland until 1964. One or two other dodgy ones in there too. Rooks, Elliott, Nelson? Cloughie played for us in 1962.
Yes there was a Dickie Rooks in 1962 and also a Colin Nelson (can't remember him and I thought Rooks was a bit later). There was Harry Hooper who probably is being confused with Harry Hood.
