We’ll not get promoted with a team. The play off season we played the most matches in English football. You need a squad. Look at how much we relied on McGeady & Maja. It was our downfall.

Need to get away from a bloated squad of journeymen, its been a recipe from disaster a long time now. A core squad of around 18 1st players the rest of the squad made up from 23s / Academy lads.

Isn't that around what he is doing, plus we don't have many to make up the squad apart from diamond who are any good
