Need to get away from a bloated squad of journeymen, its been a recipe from disaster a long time now. A core squad of around 18 1st players the rest of the squad made up from 23s / Academy lads.

Hold on. So we’re shit, have been st our lower peak & will be for three consecutive seasons, but you want to improve us by using inexperienced players who failed miserably against sides of a worse standard last year?!
