illegal - probably the dun cow, durham, aged 14

legal - god knows, my brain was already addled by then

Illegal - Probably The dellaware or West One back when The Ranch in Concord was going strong.

Legal - Bluebell in Donwell

Illegal - Tap and Spile (no idea what it is now) on Salem Street in Hendon.

Legal - Can’t remember but probably upstairs in the Blandford or the Borough.

Illegal - Yates, York. Pint of Heineken when I was 16.
Legal - Old White Swan, York. I'd been going there for two years. First time I was asked for ID was the first time I was legal. It had always been a favourite because it had an escape hatch if the rozzers came in - you could get out the back from the toilets. Used it a couple of times.
