That Christian Bale one in Vietnam, Rescue Dawn is it?
Yeah, it's a canny film, based on a German born US fighter pilot called Dieter Dengler I think, also saw a documentary about him, interesting guy, the documentary was very good he eventually topped himself.

on the horror front; Texas Chainsaw Massacre (Leatherface), Psycho (Bates), Silence of the Lambs (Buffalo Bill) and a load of other crazed killers all based directly or indirectly on the American murderer Ed Gein - bizarrely he only ever got convicted of a couple of his murders due to insanity, so some could try to argue he was therefore innocent of all his other crimes because they never found him guilty so therefore innocent!
As for his 'collection' of body suits, lampshades and masks all made of human skin, obviously just a wee bit eccentric

one coming to netflix about the central park 5

the only thing I have never grasped in that story is, maybe they didn't attack the jogger, as one man has admitted he did it, but weren't they part of the gang which committed the other attacks in the park that night

Watched The Infiltrator last night on Netflix. Based on an agent who goes undercover to infiltrate the trafficking network of Pablo Escobar. Decent watch.

To end all wars... A film about the thai Burma Railway adapted from the book of one of the prisoners, very harrowing as you would expect.

Watched one last night.

Denial starring the ever excellent Timothy Spall as holocaust denier David Irving and the events in the 1990s leading to a ground-breaking libel trial on the subject.

As always with such a great bunch of actors, it is definitely worth a watch.

On BBC iplayer till the weekend.
Cheers, watched and enjoyed it.
