That must have took some thinking up
Spent hours on that one
It's working now, well messenger is anyhoo . Just tried posting again - FAIL ! .
They've had to take it down while they install the £5 a month payment platform that comes in in the event of a No Deal Brexit.
middle age blokes with facebook = very sad lives
Biggest spyware program on the planet, it should be shut down.
Conversation breaking out everywhere
Imagine being on Facebook
I never understand why people on this site criticise Facebook etc. This is pretty much social media so exactly the same motive as you would have by posting on Facebook. We’re all just posting what we think in our heads so people respond to it so folks give their opinion on what we type.
What’s the difference between this and Facebook?
This is basically a place to rip the piss and talk about SAFC.
Well, Facebook has all those stupid games and we... well, yeah, I guess we do in Parsnip as well... but there's always these sexual pictures being posted on Facebook and we... well, I guess we have those in Parsnip as well. Ah, but Facebook is full of people just posting a bunch of nonsense and here we....
fuck it. I give. no idea.
Pictures of bait. And people asked to be inboxed. I think. Basically it's for lasses.
Do you feel forced into an agenda should you post on any social media platform?
You can do both of those things on Facebook.
You have the choice to follow and comment on whatever your interests are adding people you feel can add to your life. The whole thing can be tailored to your own interests.
My mam likes crafts and her feed is full of people with similar interests. That would bore me but mine is full of interesting people, music, art and other things I enjoy.
We have that on here as well, though.
In all seriousness, though, there is anonymity here that doesn't exists in Facebook. Facebook is a lot more narcissistic than this place by a quarter mile, too.
Surely the content you see is ultimately in your control, ads apart. No one forces you to be friends with dullards, gobshites or weirdos. If they are the types you add as friends then it says as much about you as it does them. Drop those who you have no common interests with or whose opinions offend you.
So that says more about you. You’ve obviously chosen to surround yourself with people that you have nothing in common with. I use social media to keep up to date with events I’m interested in.
You can’t blame them if your mates are dull.
This place is even more random if you’re building an echo chamber. It would make more sense to join Facebook
Get your house in order mate.
I am in a private group of people with a common thing going on. It has provided solid practical advice. Of course there is the flowery shite but underneath I am a lot more well informed about stuff I could really do with being informed about.
I’m grateful to the platform.
You use it for whatever mate. It’s not compulsory. It’s a lot more self moderated than somewhlike this. You can get to know people or not.
Used the way you have it is brilliant, It's helping me with a legal fight at the minute which has the potential to cause a huge amount of problems legally.
