It is legit, they have to specify particular parts, so they use ICE to represent the internal combustion engine, basically the engine block and heads.not sure if serious

24 hour bike racing returns to Spa next year in June. I'd love to be able to go there as it's supposed to be a great atmosphere.
I've only been to a couple of GP's, but know others that have been to many, the atmosphere at Spa is unrivalled it seems, there is a little hamlet to the West (I think it is the West - continuation of the start/finish straight by about a mile) that becomes an absolute party at night - marquees, bars, massive scaletrix of the circuit, so many things.
