Evertons Lower Bullens...

They'll sell out.

All obstructed view now sold, just wheelchair spaces available.

Why has it never happened? Lower league clubs are building new stadia, Everton aren't. The infrastructure around the ground is also terrible.

In a nutshell......

1) King's Dock would have diluted Bill's shareholding plus when it came to putting the money down we didn't have it even though he is on record saying it had already been ring-fenced.
2) Kirkby was the wrong location with vastly inadequate transport links (which meant capacity would have been cut for night and midweek matches). It would have been by far the ground located furthest from it's population core (beating Bolton even by some distance). Added to that it was a cheap quality build aided by Tesco/Knowsley.
3) Walton Hall Park was merely a placeholder to buy the board some time.

A little foresight could have seen us build a Park End twice the size that would have added some corporate seating and addressed some of the obstucted view issues but they went for the cheap option.
