End of the Railway Children when she meets her Dad again. I'm welling up now thinking about it
The 'Daddy, my Daddy' bit?

Terminator 2 when arnie is being lowered into the melting steel, bring a tear to a glass eye, acting master class

Heidi with Shirley temple - bawled my eyes out as a kid.

Chitty chitty bang bang - the child catcher freaked me out but that was more through fear that I bubbled.

ET - the last time I cried at a film, I was about 12.

The 'One More' speech at the end of Schindler can do the trick.

The little girl's speech (people will come daddy) in Field of Dreams always does the trick.
