Hasn't helped half the housing estates getting knocked down and left as fields.

Seems to be new build estates going up all over the city at the minute.
 

One thing what bugs me is that the north stand is not equal rows with the concourse drives me mad! Could have made us a 50k seater. Would the south stand extension be the same?

We wont get a game! International football is a cutthroat business so no guesses where the games will be played in north east!
