I admire your optimism but I can't see the population decline and the brain drain reversing anytime soon.

Hasn't helped half the housing estates getting knocked down and left as fields.

We wont get a game! International football is a cutthroat business so no guesses where the games will be played in north east!

Nope wouldn’t be needed at all. You need grounds of all capacities really, as naturally there are less attractive games At tournaments between smaller nations.

I’m lead to believe it’s fairly cut and dry. The FA prefer to use the SAFC package over NUFC. Hence why England matches are played at the SOL over SJP.
