England v New Zealand (2nd test)

Stumps. Well done, Woody and Lawrence. But I can't see that as an 'even' day, as Sky suggests. Our total is better than it could have been, but still less than par.
This, fair way below par for me. Looks a 400 pitch imo, can still claw a fair bit of that back if we apply ourselves tomorrow then bowl well at the start, so it isn’t over but we are behind the eight ball at present with a terrible showing from the middle order in particular

Not sure batting first was the right call, especially since we don’t have a spinner

That looked like it hit pad first for me.

Michael Gough been training out in India?
You joke about it but if Indian umpires on and off the pitch don’t give that out then it is all down to cheating, Kohli and a bcci conspiracy. People who were kicking off in the winter should be embarrassed IMO.

Don't think 280-300 would be a disaster given the NZ line up is missing Williamson. Weather forecast to be cloudy and humid tomorrow then a belter Saturday and Sunday.

Should see a full day's play on Saturday, it was looking a bit touch and go early afternoon.

Mate you need to let it go, you’ve been on this theme several times now, it’s eating you alive! Some of the officiating out there was really good, some of it was questionable and some of it was highly dubious if not suspicious.

What that’s down to, your guess is as good as mine, but I don’t think it’s us here that need to be embarrassed by it, frankly.
