Ear wax

Best 80 I’ve ever spent. Thirty Seconds and I went from unable to hear anything to being able to hear a pin drop 50 yards away.

You can damage yourself with the water blaster thing so be careful. Too much pressure on a delicate ear drum can be dangerous.

Honestly I can recommend microsuction enough. Google it. Thirty seconds and you’ll be able to hear a gnat shit.
I've googled it. It says that spec savers do it for 55 quid and if they get nowt out it's 25 quid for the precedure. Sounds canny

They will get something out, Spiders or Earwigs, bits of cotton bud
I'm intrigued to know how from your first post asking for advice it only took 40 minutes to cure, do Amazon deliver that quickly?

No I haven't. I've googled the type I've got which is high pitched ringing. Unfortunately it looks like they can't do nowt for it.
Try for a referral to ENT. Ears are generally self-cleaning and wax shouldn't build up to the extent it has with you. Be careful with self-treating, as others have said, the eardrum is very delicate.

Tinnitus isn't a disease in itself, but a symptom caused by something else. It is worth having it investigated because if there is a cause, it can often be rectified. The days of the medical profession being able to shrug their shoulders and say that they don't know what causes it are long gone. My Dad had it and it was caused by a strained neck muscle/TMJ issue. This was treated and the tinnitus was gone.

Had mine blasted out with fizzy warm water by a nurse.
Worked brilliantly, the bowl I’d been holding to my ear looked like a cat had crapped in it.

My docs used to do this but don't anymore. Why I don't know. I've had it done twice I think and it works great.

About six months ago I took my Dad (he is 88) to get his sorted and the guy used microsuction. £50 well spent.

He also gave some sound advice about ear drops that has worked. Basically do not use Optrex or any of the other similar branded products (they basically contain the same contents).

Stick to olive oil and only put two drops in each ear every two weeks. Don't make the mistake of putting too much in and too frequently.

Bloody ears are jam packed with the stuff. Especially the left one. I suffer with tinnitus and this makes it 10 times worse. Been to docs and they said we don't do ear wax removal anymore so you'll either have to go private or just sort it yourself.
What the fook is all that about? Tried drops and them candle things that you stick in your ear and burn them.
Loads of shite has came out but it's made absolutely no difference. I've not had a decent night's sleep for weeks. Plz wise SMB. Help me out.
Mine were bad as well. Saw an ear specialist who told me to use olive oil for a week to soften it then I got them syringed for £80. Hope this helps.
