Durham vs Worcester - One Day Cup

100% record at South North but don’t like it.
Difficulty in parking
Nice little ground but all on one level and specialist members area if you are not in the front row poses viewing difficulties
The members facilities are restricted to a small marquee and the toilets are portaloos
All South North are after in my opinion is pandering to the corporate business sector who frequent a cricket match once in a blue moon The ethos and bias is all geared towards the corporate dollar at Gosforth
I am also not enamoured by the fact we are playing home games outside of the county the team represents

Pretty much this. The wifes aunty lives 5 mins walk away so parking was ok for me last year, but the whole event was geared towards pandering the corporate folk.

Didn't go today and doubt I'd ever go again to be honest. David Harker has always had a fancy to move the club to Newcastle and I'm lead to believe folk in the club are very pally with Marcus North. Botham working for Sky today in London as well.

Be interesting to see if we play their again next year.

Tory bastards.

Keep Durham CCC playing within the boundaries of the Durham coalfield.

BOWL not DOLE!
