Tickets sorted yesterday, but what a f**k on, rang up the box office, 1st in the queue still took 10 mins to answer. Got through to giving my details and then the phone cut off. Called straight back, took 20mins to answer (again no 1 in queue), and was told it had been sorted. Dont know why they cut me off, or why they couldnt ring back, 7p a minute too ended up costing more than the booking fee, which is a rip off at £1.50 per ticket rater than per transaction
