It'll be interesting to see what the figure is when they bowl again. At 3.40pm they were 9 overs down and only bowled 14 overs in the first session.Just my opinion here, on an umpires lbw decision. We were there all day with no benefit of a action replay. The lbw decisions looked to me to be correct. It looked like the decisions against Durham were given when the batter was playing back into his crease and the 2 Kent decisions likewise. Northeast was putting in a big stride forward so when he was struck in front he got the benefit of any doubt as it should be. In my opinion of course.
I think the -2 is worked out by they should bowl 16 overs an hour. Throughout the day they bowled at 14 giving a -2 figure. That is why the figure is updated hourly on the scoreboard. It is then carried over to the second innings giving them a chance to pull it back.
