this is piss poor mind. The outfield is dry as a bone
What goes around comes around. I've said it before but at times the groundskeeping at first class counties is rank amateur. They have one job overnight, to protect it from the conditions and have failed.

As bad a crime as substandard pitch. They should be docked points and fined. Then some counties may actually invest in ground protection technology that isn't from the 1800's.

There were warning signs in Lees' performances in the second half of last season. A quarter of his season's runs were scored in a single Kookaburra match against Surrey.
Damn. If only he hadn't scored 2 centuries in that match it would have made his stats look more balanced! :p

It's a funny way of putting it, but I take your point. My point, and I Still think this, is that Robinson and Lees are not in the same 'poor form' category.

Here's the latest from Beckenham.
Rain has got onto part of the track so they are waiting for it to dry out.
Day three of Kent v Durham is delayed once again by the weather, just like it was in CLS in April.
Could be early lunch territory.

Did he edge you into the slips?
OR hit you with his golf swing.
Clearly have covers which don't cover. But if the uncovered outfield is bone dry suggests that they didn't remove the covers early enough to allow it the pitch to dry.
Amateurish.

Looks like the issue is on a full length. Mental.

I’m seriously tempted to fuck off home

Not in the same length of time category. However with Gay now an England player we haven't as yet an adequate replacement for him.
