As I said on Wednesday. My favourite format. The game with everything in a neat one day package. Perfect. How can they risk losing it? Hope the new ECB chair is as good as his press suggests.

A defeat, but an acceptable one by a narrow margin. If we had been more disciplined when bowling then we would have probably got over the line. But such is life.

A commendable effort by Coggers and the tail end who showed real intent in dragging a meandering performance to a really competitive finish.
In truth though this game was lost by Borthwick and his dolly drop of Dent and he really should stop bowling as he was the most expensive yet again
