Dulwich Hamlet Saturday

We had a mare and couldn't even find the ground. Got a taxi from the station but took us to some sports ground which is what the sat nav was saying. Asked loads of people who had never heard of it so went in the Toby carvery and asked there. Still no idea so couple of pints then binned it off and got a taxi back to the train station.
Got a feeling we must have got off at the wrong station, had a golf club next door to it? Had a pint in there too so bit of a random day.
Before that we'd gone to Sutton v Aldershot which was poor, decent away following though.

Absolute loved Saturday. Cheers to those that made it along- and nice to meet those of you that I did get to chat to! Everyone was an absolute credit to SAFC and went along way to changing some Dulwich minds. re professional football.

REMINDER- it's our (DHFC) Playoff Semi Final tonight, so any London based lads, come along! More pleasure in watching Ash Carew and Nyren Clunis do their thing, than watching Arsenal surrender in Madrid. Thanks! Wasn't the best Dulwich performance last night, but the crowd were excellent and the lads got the job done. Fourth playoffs in a row, and our third final... now to get over the line.

Final at our 'home' ground- KNK Stadium, Imperial Fields. 3pm KO.
 
So it's at the home ground of whoever finished higher in the league. Same for the semis.

So the fact we finished second (highest finish since 1959) secured home advantage for both the games. Our last two playoff finals were away. Could make a big difference!

I was at the game as a Hendon supporter. Dulwich shaded the game and hit the post a couple of times, other than that it was fairly close. Great crowd as well - circa 3,300
