I honestly don’t think this helps anyone at all. It has never worked for the Mags has it?
Could literally see Donald completely withdrawing from the club and completely f***ing it over. Unless the fan groups know of a billionaire in waiting???

I can think of three

SD could reduce the pressure on him hugely if he sacks SD and replaces him with SKP. A 2-3m spend in Jan will also help.
He could
But he won't. He wants out and he wants to do it for a profit. Doing the above would cost around 3.75m after you settle dickheads compo plus the costs of sacking his backroom staff

The club would not be in administration by the end of the season. Plenty of things need to happen for admin, including owing a large enough debt that hasn’t been settled for a long enough period for said company (usually always HMRC) to take us to court over it. If a company takes us to court, it’s to get a winding up petition, and the outcome of that is generally they don’t get their money back, or get a small portion of it, so it really is a last resort as everyone loses. So administration is a culmination of several years of mismanagement, if not longer. Do you think Bolton and Bury happened overnight? Even if we were in major financial problems it would take years for it to manifest itself into something of the scale of administration - is maybe be worried for the 21/22 season but not before.

Surely if you simply run out of money you can’t continue as a business ? We’ve ran out out and I don’t see anyone giving us much in the way of credit to pay for us to run the club. It’s looking like the FFP loan is being used to see the season out. That doesn’t bode well for next season.

All these problems haven’t just happened this season, it was there for all to see last season. Last season just papered over the cracks and in my opinion we over achieved last season.
This is just a continuation of last season.Goodwill, luck and individual performances pulled us out the shite last.that couldn’t continue which it didn’t after the year.

ross well and truly fucked us.

Do you not think that this all might be slightly off putting for them?

That’s my main reservation about all this.
If you take a step back and look back on this saga it's the opposite of off-putting

A huge customer base crazy about the club who will chow down on one hell of a lot of shit sandwiches before turning against their no good scrub of an owner.

Once FPP takes over, expectations will be reset and as long as they get the football part right happy days

His own words were that he would not overstay his welcome. If he now decides to overstay his welcome it will just be another addition to his bullshit tales, but at least there will be no doubting what he is.

Where have you got the fact that we have run out of money from?

For me, no, I don't think it will be.

Let's be honest, if they want the club but haven't bought it yet it's likely that a disagreement over the value of the club is what's holding it up. If that's the case, then this is great news for them because it ramps pressure up on Donald who, worried that it might translate into massively lower season card sales, may be more keen to get out.

Equally it proves that the passion is still there. Our fan base is often stated to be one of the main selling points of the club. With numbers dwindling they might think it will be a hard job to get people interested again. Instead this suggests there's thousands of people very much still engaged, just pissed off with the current owner.

It's only really a worry for them if they think they won't be any better at owning a club than Donald, and I'm sure they aren't thinking that! If they still want the club this is probably exactly what they hoped for

Yeah and when you lose players who actually have a little bit of quality in this division and replace them with league 2 quality players we was always going to be worse. Ross is to blame but the main blame is SD for poor quality signings and over the top cost cuttings, people keep going on about SD has spent a lot on transfers but the grigg fee only goes up if we get promoted.

It’s upto the current owner how much he wants to sell for not the buyer

He can state any number he wants but it’s only worth what it’s worth.

Easy question for you and it’s a yes or no answer.

do you agree with Donald’s valuation of the club as being £30m to £50m?

Could sing sack the board at the match. It's a bit harsh on Davy Jones like but something got to change
