where have i said i have a problem ? can you show me ?

so Madrox own sunderland Ltd who in turn own the Sol and the loan is to Madrox only so if its not repaid sunderland ltd are not liable= is that correct
oh and please point to to where i said i had a problem (a link or quote is fine)

Sunderland do not owe FPP anything. The security simply gives the Americans freedom of action in the event of a default. In theory, individual assets could be sold off to recoup the loan, but that would be very much the last resort, and only likely to be used if they didn't want the club themselves and were unable to find a buyer for the shares in Sunderland.

I actually thought he came across quite well and its always interesting to hear his side of the story.

I don’t agree with everything he said, and I don’t think he is doing a good job of running the club, but I don’t see any reason to attack him for tonights interview.

Or doubt his intentions

To all the bed wetters and moaners man up and get behind them.

It would be easier if charlie methven didn't take us for fools. The reaction from the lad on the podcast where he says methven sat in fron of him and lied speaks volumes. SD I think is genuine but his number 2 keeps lying to people.

Is he pissed?

Simon is questioning him quite well actually, but Donald is having a mare here.

He's just completely avoided the question that he's been asked that if your saying you could put the money in yourself (or Satori), why haven't you?

How is he having a mare?

This is exactly what’s wrong here, people (negative twats!) only hear what they want to hear. They fill in the blanks with absolute drivel.

He come across very well (as ever)

He gave very sensible answers and clarified everything. What’s the problem?

You should be on a retainer on here mate. Mind if you keep telling it as it is you will become part of the problem.... a dodgy banker who probably never paid any tax....it’s coming trust me.

He has until the end of january to have a descent window and push on or he loses a lot more of the fans Bob. Not being a bed wetter when you see your club free falling before your eyes! The buck stops with him.

No matter how well I did my job last year, if I was underperforming this year I'd be getting called out to explain how I'm going to improve
So how will he get the cash fir new players fees wages etc, when they’ve had to get a loan to cover normal running costs ? Only frees if anyone!

Institution for sad souls with behavioural problems this place mate

I could only listen to about 10 minutes as I was wincing.

I kind of like Stewart, I'd happily buy the chap a pint and listen to his stories and take them for what they are, a chap down the pub telling stories.

I take absolutely no happiness from having a go at him and find it all very uneasy that a more voiceful element are now turning.

I didn't think what he said about the fans wanting the billionaires in charge to be a dig, more sensible reasoning, they did.

That being said, I don't believe him anymore, I don't believe he could have walked away with 30m profit in the summer, I imagine that is based extremely loosely on potential interest.

I don't believe these billionaires think they are doing a grand job, if in fact, if they were interested in a takeover, for it to be reduced to a 0 risk loan from them, it suggests the absolute opposite.

If he stopped this ever-growing list of interested parties for a group that has presumably messed him about, that is another thing he has got wrong.

He obviously feels a little hard done by and when listening to him I get that until I remember why this is happening, the absolute lack of foresight he has shown put us in this situation. Everything I suggested at the end of January has come to fruition. Had we gone up, I think it would have been worse, more fans would be happy, he would feel vindicated but in actuality the club would have been losing more money, the strategy would still be extremely lacking, getting pumped every week and absolutely no further forward in the grand scheme.

I would have loved this to have worked out as some of his thinking away from football is excellent and absolutely fair play to him for going on the radio in the current climate, but I can't see a way back from here.

Charlie, however.......

It’s sad to read this. It’s sad that our owner has to come and defend himself against the constant abuse and shite thrown around. What’s happened to us? Our fans never used to be like this!!

Oh come one now, fans fault.
