Madrox owes him 20 million quid but they could've walked away with 30 million quid profit in the summer?! That means they'd have to have had a buyer for at least 50 million quid on the basis that Charlie and Juan wrote off their money which they probably wouldn't have, so he must've had a buyer lined up for around 80 million quid if they could've all made a tidy profit from it but chose not to sell
 
Why would they cash in in league 1 when if we go up we’d be worth a lot more. Especially when the club is going towards self sustainable (according to them).

It is also a lose if the Americans get it and don’t want to take the club on
 
It might be me been daft here, but the loan has nothing to do with Sunderland AFC but madrox owns Sunderland AFC 🙄
