Its more at risk with a bank as they would just sell it to get their money back.

You're telling me that 3 American billionaires flew over the Atlantic to watch Sunderland v AFC Wimbledon, have put 10 million into a third tier football club, bullshitted on their intentions, all just to end up with a football club that they could strip for parts, break down and sell the land? Thats really what you're thinking could ever happen in this situation? One simple question to you. Agreed, but it’s far from just a question of communication skills. It’s also a question of trust, among many other things. From the outside looking in, this chancer has appeared to be evasive with the truth about the finances.
