I think he's just spun words since the minute he walked in, that now anything he says pretty much contradicts previous statements. It doesn't help when Methven his PR guru says the complete opposite, they dont even sing off the same hymn sheet its embarrasing.

Exactly it would have been far easier going to the bank for the money yet at that point the clubs assets would be trouble, in this case they would just go to people who have had an interest in owning the club

The finance group that everyone wanted to take the club over? Does that really seem so bad?

So either Madorx keep up the payments and we keep good terms with the investors. Or Madorx default and the investors everyone wants take full control. Where does the club lose?

He's spent months saying there's never been takeover talks then today said it was close on two occasions.

People have been arguing about it for months. This is how fan bases get split.

Hes already said that wouldnt happen juan offered the money himself, in my opinion the money as @Grumpy Old Man has suggested is fpp way of seeing if donald is the man they want running the club for them. This is far more long term then it appears
