Does anybody hate the mags?

Why should fans of a 'club like Newcastle ' demand it? What gives them the god-given right to success exactly? They've won nowt and done nowt for about 50 years.

Why should they have the right to feel more entitled to success than a club like, say, Wigan or Birmingham both of which have more recent success than Newcastle have.
Aspiration. Resources. History. Tradition. They don't think it's "god-given.

If you read your post back even you will realise that "done nowt for about 50 years" is stretching credibility. Illuminating that you didn't reference Boro with their LC win rather than Wigan or Brum.

If Newcastle was a nothing, tin pot club then there wouldn't anything like the number of threads and posts on here about it. It's a big club that allows its fans to dream and be a part of something far bigger than they could imagine in isolation.

So some kid who was born in 1993 after his dad had went for the previous 20 -25 years through the 70s is a plastic fan

How the fuck do you come to that conclusion??. By the same logic there is a load of plastic SOL come lately fans who've never experienced the joy of a visit to roker park

Because the ones I know still live in the 90's Keegan era.

Their parents never went before Keegan arrived. All they believe is the shite Ryder spouts.

Quite simple really, can't see why you're upset about it!!

Me?
Not me who said I got chased down the road.It was the other poster.
If you cannot understand your book though this will be why you misunderstood the post too.
You didn't understand the narrative in the post. I clearly knew it wasn't you. It was written from a detached viewpoint and parodied your reply.

Righhhhhhtttttttttttttt
The patronising ''son'' bit suggested you were referring to me though. Seems detachment and attachment got mixed up.

Hate the club but don't particularly have anything against their fans, even if they have a section of idiots like everyone else.

Most if us have mag mates that are alright.

I do hate the club with a passion & also their stereotypical Geordie fans who have the blinkered keegan toon superiority complex, won't eat bacon, sunderlands a small time shithole sad mackem town mentality

Worked with them for years and most were canny, some of them even knew more about our playing history then their own! It's the "johnny come Keegan" eras who are total bell ends. But as there were consequences for "behaviour unbecoming in the workplace", they tended to shut up very quickly. Classic delusional fekkers who could be stopped in their tracks by any references to Trophy Cabinets ... Hatred only comes to its real heights when it's the derbies, most of the time I don't think of them or just feel sorry for them ..... but if they want some then I've got two barrels of motor mouth to put them back in their places ...... tw*ts ......

If you know a mag and he's a bellend - he's a bellend who supports the mags. He'd still be a bellend no matter who he supported. Being a bellend doesn't make you more likely to support the mags. I know fans would like to believe that is the case but it isn't.

Apart from the Derbies I don't really mind or think to care about them.
This for me. I live down south & it's not the same, know plenty of them down here & they're all good lads. Besides, I've grown out of all that shit a long long time ago.

canny lads but when it comes to football each and everyone I know turn into arrogant arseholes,

those that say they don't mind them must surely have not grown up with them (im from hebburn so grew up with loads of them)

Well, this is just absolute bollocks. You don't hate the mags and you don't hate your mates on derby day. If you did, you'd want to harm them and you've never seriously thought about that.

Clearly, anyone who did really hate the mags(with all that hate implies) would have been totally against the fund launched to support the 2 fans that died in the plane crash and would have welcomed their deaths.

I suppose those fans do exist, even on here, but have enough awareness to realise that those views are akin to supporting The Holocaust.
People use the word "hate" loosely when football is concerned mate. No i dont want to harm anyone but i do like watching their bottom lip quiver when were walloping them 0-3 in their own back yard
