When things aren’t going well we (or maybe football supporters in general) start this stuff that’s hard to quantify. The stick Bracewell got, when we were shite, for “looking like a tramp”. I see Proctor has been getting it in the neck again recently. He hasn’t really be mentioned since Neil took over, cos it was going well. Now we need him out of the club.

The question of whether Dodds is a good or bad coach can probably be answered by a very select few on here who have access to players he’s actually coached.

Exactly, goals scored, goals conceded, points gained are all rubbish.

We're 23rd in the form league over the last ten games, an improvement to 15th in the form league for the last five games (which is where all of those six points has come from) is hardly something to bust out the champers over.

We're absolutely shite.

Yes why not, most other clubs do.

Managers will always work better with people around them that they know and trust.

There is nothing at all to suggest the dodds and Procter or any good at all.

Neither have ever done anything in the game.

Exactly . Totally agree
 
We've scored only 6 goals in this spell of his since Beale was sacked. We've failed to score in 5 of the games. Yes the defensive stats will tell you we aren't bad, but we've still conceded 13 and 9 of those were in two games. We have ZERO shots on target against QPR at home.

If we're being honest with ourselves, he's a dreadful head coach.

In hindsight it's a decent point. But with the technical players we have at our disposal in Clarke and Roberts, it's criminal we don't attack more. Dodds will be absolutely buzzing with another clean sheet though
 
If he wants to be a head coach then he needs to go and prove himself in league 1 at a decent club with a good shot at promotion.
 
I've said a few times thats its hard to judge any coach this season.

The fact that three head coaches have struggled, for me, just reinforces that the recruitment was the main issue from the start and then injuries finished it off more recently.

I wouldnt be surprised if we see 4 decent performances to the end yet each still being compromised by lack of striking options.

Im certainly of the opinion that the striker farce has been the root cause of all the on the field issues this season and it kicked started the whole mess from Mowbrays sacking onwards.

If people are ‘over the moon’ with what was Served up last night that’s really worrying
The ball retention, ability to threaten the opposition goal was awful, we never threw any punches at them
So we put 11 behind ball and got a lucky 0-0 with two stonewall penalties not given, it’s hardly great stuff
All this ‘Dodds masterclass’ stuff it’s embarrassing
We’ve scored 6 goals in ten since he came in, dreadful return
Bear in mind we a team with nothing to
Play for, scrambling around for 0-0s appreciate the efforts but labelling it as some sort of amazing fete, please
