I don't know what game some people watched.
Cirkin did well yesterday and much better than I would expect after such a long time off the pitch.
I would rather play him at LB than Hume.
I thought he done ok and was better than I anticipated him to be. Completely agree about being ahead of Hume at LB

Why’s he still wearing a bandage on a wrist injury that happened over a year ago? He seems a proper wet wipe like. An U21 player told me a few months ago that he’s problems are mental not physical.
There were about 4 of them wearing wrist bandages… they can wear what they like for me. If it’s a mental thing or a protective thing. I don’t care.

I honestly thought he was fine yesterday. He got caught out of position for the goal pressing high up the pitch which the stadium encouraged at the time.

Reminded me a bit of PVA at times, he was constantly in the opposition box despite playing LB, he was fine going forward whilst being defensively a bit suspect, I think defensively we were all over the place in general for various reasons. He did ok.

Watching MOTD, might be my imagination but I think I heard a shout for Cirkin to press when he did and others should have covered for him so I’m not blaming him for being out of position for their goal
This. Cirkin is furthest ahead due to our attack breaking down. Ball gets played back to their keeper and the trigger for the press is there - he rightly goes.

Brobbey closes really well, Rigg not as well and Leeds get round them. Geertruida loses his man ball watching. Between Xhaka, Alderete, and Mukiele they don’t deal with the spare man on the left. Alderete and Mukiele are two yards apart as they run back and I wonder if Alderete could have moved over earlier rather than Xhaka be the one to go. When Xhaka does go, he makes up the ground well but doesn’t do enough to stop the cross. Mukiele gets caught by DCL’s run and could do better.

Loads of things we could do better for the goal, Cirkin being up there wasn’t the problem.

I thought he was decent overall yesterday, was pleasantly surprised. Faded as the game went on but that’s to be expected after so long with little game time.

I walked out of the stadium when I saw that. Just left my twix on my seat, too enraged to finish it.

Glad to see him back. He isn't as good as Reinildo but let's face it , there is no shame in that. A decent deputy and good to see him make his prem debut for us. Has always been better going forward than defensively so made sense to try to use that against a Leeds team at home. I'm sure he won't be under orders to bomb forward as much V Man City.

The lad took the leap of faith to join us in the lower leagues and helped us back to where we are today

Good first half. Not so good second half. Bloke hasn't played football since May so feel performance levels were always going to drop in the second half. Inexcusable positioning for their goal though, he shouldn't be pressing opposition keeper under any circumstance and that surely wasn't an instruction by RLB.

Not sure what he was playing at when Bogle somehow missed that chance too, but all in all it was good to see him back. He will never displace Reinildo mind.
