Deadlifts on a squat rack

Fairy nuff but he said that he was going to be lifting "really heavy weights" which wouldn't need to be raised off the floor.

To some of us the damned bar is really heavy weight.

Today I deadlifted 72.5kg

Probably not that much to a few on here but hell, I'm proud of myself

No mate I was busy on the bench as I am 'pressed' for time. oh yes<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Two crossfit 20s. Which, iirc, is the equivalent of four normal 20s.

Yeah, I'd be pissed off if someone was deadlifting in a squat rack. No got a problem with rack pull or OHP in a squat rack.

Going for a 2x body weight deadlift this weekend. Never tried it but feel confident I can manage it.
