Hardly ever use the Olympic bars now, (not sure if this is a mistake like?) but I find it easier to maintain form.

I find its a different exercise. Hits the quads more than the lower back
 


Stopped doing deadlifts a while ago. My hips and ankles have shit flexibility so I find myself curving my back which is a no-no really. Going to go back when I've solved that issue (IF I can solve that issue).

Deadlifts aren't the be all and end all though.
