All gone quiet again

Surely he gets a move

I would love to know exactly what’s gone on with this situation but unfortunately I don’t think we’ll ever know the full truth

One thing is sure though is that whatever way you look at it his career has taken a setback this season, hopefully something happens in the next week or so

Regis rates him highly enough for a spot on the bench and if Xhaka and Geertruida got injured he'd be on the pitch. Not ideal that his long term future isn't with us but no doubt we'll address this and any other squad deficiencies in the summer window.

With Diarra and Talbi back for West ham, I'm not sure there is a place on the bench for Neil
 
You see him warming up before the game and at half time. You see him on the Access All Areas videos following the first team in and out the tunnel. He looks almost expressionless going through the motions with no signs of frustration. However, I just think if that was me I'd be pushing for a move at the start of the window and want away ASAP. Appreciate he could have been and we don't know how things are going behind the scenes but it's no good for his career.
 
It would appear that Dan Neil and his representatives totally misread his value to Sunderland football club, they played the haggle game and the club didn’t bite, how much money has he lost since refusing whatever the club offered, will whatever signing on fee he’s hoping to get from wherever he goes cover the shortfall, personally I think he’s been very badly advised and has shot himself in the foot.

Good job you didn't post anything about misreading his value to the club then.
